Your Mind-Your Body-Your Spirit

The harmony amongst the mind, body and soul is of utmost priority. The fitness and health regimes concerning these three areas are complex and influence the humans overall and also each other. Hence for exact and precise fitness, enhancement of each of these components is very important. They have been explained briefly in the following paragraphs.

The mind plays a very important role in the overall health of the body and hence it should be given utmost importance and significance. It receives messages from other parts of the body regarding aches, appetite, and exhaustion to name a few. It also prompts the body to perform tasks such as breathing and running etc. It also helps it perform the functions that aid in the performing of tasks that are involuntary.

After the mind, comes the body which is the most significant part of the human structure. We spend one fourth of our lives growing up and then the rest of it vanishing away. Being depressed and anxious can lead to reduced levels of energy, and the mental exertion can lead to a weak immune system that is unable to defend itself against maladies and sicknesses.

And last but not the least the spirit acts beyond intellectual capacity. It is in contact with our sub conscience a part of us which comes to our rescue when we are down and in need of a savior. It has a deep impact on both the mind and the bodily health of a person.

So it should be remembered that ultimate health and fitness could be achieved as an outcome of the improvement and augmentation of the mind, the body and the spirit.
